The group of houses is located directly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of the Gulf of Nikiti. The cristal water and the shallow sea make bathing safe for children and adults.
In this resort with a spacious and convenient outdoor area we rent four houses. The houses are ideal for families or groups of friends and couples seeking for restful and stress relieving vacations in an independent accommodation. Parking space is available and the neighbourhood is watched by a security service.
Description:
Each of our four maisonettes covers about 50sqm spread on two floors and connected with an internal staircase. The houses can accommodate up to 6 people and provide sheets and towels, TV, air conditioning, private balconies and a terrace.
On the ground floor you find:
- the spacious living room furnished with a convertible sofa and dining table and chairs
- the fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric stove and all necessary utensils for cooking
- a small lavatory.
From the living room you step onto the covered terrace. Furnished with table and outdoor chairs and equipped with sun blinds it is a cool shady place to spend the hot hours of the day, enjoying the private garden and the fantastic sea view.
The upper floor provides:
- the main bathroom with shower and WC
- 2 bedrooms - one with two single beds and the other with a double bed
- a private spacious balcony with panoramic sea view.
